Our main thrift store in Burlington is open from 9:00 to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our other stores and the donation center are open from 9:00 to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays all locations are open from 9:00 to 2:00 p.m.

Yes, we will pick up large furniture items and appliances that are in salable condition. Call 262-763-2743 to schedule a time.

To qualify for most of our programs, individuals must satisfy three requirements. 1) You must live in our service area which is western Racine County. 2) You will need to verify the number of people in your family. 3) Your verified household income cannot exceed the limits specified by the state of Wisconsin.

Once qualified, individuals and families can use the pantry once every 30 days. You will receive 3-5 days’ worth of food for every member of your family. Also available for our clients are personal hygiene items, diapers and feminine products.

The food pantry is open from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Wednesday we are open from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

While we share a building, the shelter is operated by the Transitional Living Center. Their phone is 262-767-1478.

Yes. As the Salvation Army agency for the area, we receive the funds generated from the Red Kettle Christmas campaign in our area for this purpose. However, the funds are limited and are only used in emergency situations and when the client has the means to pay the balance of the rent due.

We offer limited help through our Salvation Army funds. We also encourage anyone struggling to contact Racine County’s Energy Assistance program at 262-633-6000.

We have a variety of equipment that anyone can borrow and keep for as long as needed. Since it is first come, first served we suggest you call the office (262-763-6226) to see if we have what you need in stock. If we do, we’ll be happy to hold it for you for 3 days.
