Your volunteer time and tax deductible gifts to Love, Inc. allow us to help over 30,000 people annually. 100% of all donations to Love, Inc. stay in the community. The needs of our community are increasing and we need your help to continue to meet those needs.
Volunteer
Volunteers are needed on every level at Love, Inc. Whether it’s for community service or fun, volunteer opportunities abound and range from simple office work to helping in one of our five thrift stores or warehouse to serving on one of our many committees. We appreciate our many volunteers and have wonderful incentive programs available. If you are interested in sharing your time with us, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator for more details.

Donating
As the needs in Western Racine County grow, so does the need for funding to run our many programs. Therefore, we welcome donations of clothing, furniture, appliances and resalable treasures for resale in our thrift stores. And, of course, monetary donations are always appreciated. Love, Inc. couldn’t exist without the generosity of our community members, churches and organizations that help support our mission.
Donation Center
Our donation center is located at 454 S. Pine Street, Burlington, WI. We accept usable furniture, clothing, household items and donations of new items from stores and manufacturers. Please be sure that all donations are in clean, salable condition. Call or email us at office@love-inc.net if you would like to schedule a furniture pick up.

Food Pantry Volunteers
Food Pantry Volunteer will restock shelves and guide customers through the food pantry.
Monetary Donations
Our greatest need is for cash donations that are not assigned to a particular program. These unrestricted donations allow us to use funds in the areas that need the most help. Cash donations to our general is needed. Our building is our most important program. Monetary contributions are tax deductible. Click on the “Donate” button in the upper left of the website to give your cash donation online.
Planned Giving
Do become proactive in your estate planning. Do some Planned Giving. Consider naming Love, Inc. with a bequest from your estate. Planned Giving is a plan to settle your estate. That plan, in coordination with your estate planner, attorney and family, should include a review of your assets and a conscious inquiry into the benefits of making a bequest to your church or your favorite charity. The benefits of addressing this question are in direct proportion to the size of your estate and the faith in your heart.
Planned Giving can:
- Provide inheritance tax savings.
- Create an immediate tax deduction while allowing the giver to use an asset during the remainder of his lifetime.
- Create a Memorial that honors your name in perpetuity.
- Provide tremendous peace of mind.
- Identify an asset that your heirs can live without.
