Client Testimonials

January 2011

  • “Dear staff and volunteers of Love, Inc. – I can not find the right words to thank you for the kindness, and resources you have shared with me and my two children for the last two plus years.  Please know how instrumental your support has been through my healing process.  It at times brings me to tears to know how far I have come.  A good portion of my healing – I am indebted to Love, Inc. and its generosity and true caring.  Burlington and its surrounding communities are truly blessed to have Love, Inc. Thank you for paying it forward – 10,000 x’s + 10,000 x’s!!  I hope that your energy and peace continue to 2011 and for many years to com.”
  • “I just wanted to thank you so much!  It meant a lot to us.  You made our Christmas very special.  I cried when I seen how good you were to us and how you saved my Christmas with my little girl.  I will never forget what you did for us.  Thanks doesn’t even come close to how we feel about your support.  You touched our lives. Thank you so much!
  • Thank you for trying to help my family have a happy time for gift opening at Xmas.  We are thankful that people care enough still to help those in need.  If it wasn’t for your kindness, there would have been nothing to open.  It is so sad that we have to ask others to make our kids have a fun-filled Xmas.  We will return the favor when we are fortunate to help others!  We love giving.  The only thing I can give to you kind people is my gratitude, my love and my prayers to such wonderful people!”

  • “I would like to thank you on behalf of my family.  Our car broke down and cost $700 to fix, and that took all of our Christmas money.  I think it is just wonderful what you do for a family that need it.”
  • “I want to thank you for making Xmas 2010 a year to remember.  I have never seen my son more excited then on Xmas! He ripped through his gifts with fury.  We used the toaster oven to make raspberry toast Xmas day with hot chocolate.  He was so excited by the oven.  He watched the toast the whole time! We sat and played the v-tech games for hours.  Thanks to you his teacher said that he recognizes almost every letter!  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”
  • “Thank you very much for your help with Christmas presents.  If it wasn’t for you, there wouldn’t have been much of a Christmas for our families this year.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family forever and always!”
  • “Thank you Love, Inc.!  You have turned a possible lost Christmas into a great Christmas.  Keep up the good work and thank all the people at Love, Inc.  You can really tell they cared! Thanks!”
