Adopt a Family

Adopt a Family program has begun! Families can sign up for the program so long as they are a client or reside in the Western Racine County area. To sign up for the program, please schedule a time with Family Services by calling 262-763-6226 or stop into our main office located at 480 S. Pine Street Burlington, WI 53105.
